About Sri Anandpur
Shri Anandpur is our Main and First Ashram (Place of Worship)
The great founder of Shri Paramhans Advaita sect, Shri Paramhans Dayal Ji, Shri Pratham Padshahi Ji Maharaj, when he was giving thanks to the people in Agra through his holy Satsang-Vacanamrit, Seth Pannalal Ji, a resident of Isagarh, took this opportunity and requested him to come to Isagarh. Shree Vachan happened--- "We don't have time to go there at this time, but it is our promise to you that we will definitely come to your place sometime." That is, gave the indication of the creation of a great center of Bhakti sect.. In the year 1929, Shri Paramhans Sadgurudev Ji Maharaj Shri II Padshahi Ji made his debut in Gwalior State and described the land of this forested state as suitable for making the center of charity. On August 4, 1930, the Mahatmas and devotees bought this land by paying a deposit as per the orders of Shri. Then in the year 1931, Shri Paramhans Sadgurudev Ji Maharaj Shri II Padshahi Ji came to Shri Anandpur; Seth Panna Lal ji also got immense pleasure after having darshan of Shri. On the request of Seth ji, when Shri Prabhu ji came to his house, after the satsang, said this word to Seth ji--- "Seth ji! Our promise to you has come true." On being reminded by Shri Sadgurudev Maharaj ji, Seth ji remembered the humility which he had done to have darshan at the holy lotus feet of Shri Paramhans Dayal ji at Isagarh. Seeing the beautiful form of Shri Prabhu ji, Seth Panna Lal ji's eyes became bright and he bowed down at the feet of the holy Shri. He blessed his life by getting happiness and auspicious blessings of Shri Sadgurudev Maharaj ji.

Anandsar
Shri II Padshahi Ji Maharaj had predicted for the construction of a serene lake in Shri Anandpur and a grand building for Bhajan-practice. He had given this construction work to Shri III Padshahi ji and some Mahatmas. Hence the date 16 November 1954 AD Accordingly, on Margashirsh Sankranti Samvat 2011 Vikrami Tuesday, Shri III Padshahi Ji Maharaj, seeing a suitable place in the north-west of Shri Anandpur, laid the foundation of this construction work with his holy lotus feet and named this lake as 'Shri Anandsar'. All the Gurumukhjans got involved in completing this task from that very moment and all served with great enthusiasm and diligence. Apart from the residents of the ashram, the devotees-servants of the near and far away also contributed their hands in the service as much as they could with great devotion and love. Slowly the construction work of the lake continued and Shri Anandsar was built in a period of about seven years. The date of the first bath in this holy lake Shri Anandsar is 13 January 1961 AD Accordingly, Makar Sankranti, i.e. 1 Magh Samvat 2017, occurred on the auspicious day of Vikrami Friday. First Sri Paramahansa Avatar Ji Sri III Padshahi Ji himself took Sri bath and made Sri Anandsar a great shrine, then as per Sri order all the Sangat took a bath in this holy lake and blessed themselves. Along with the construction work of Shri Anandsar, 'Shri Shanti Bhavan' was also constructed on the holy bank of Shri Anandsar for the practice of Bhajan. On the auspicious day of every festival, thousands of men and women, coming from far and near, wash away the filth of their births after taking a holy bath in this holy shrine Shri Anandsar and daily in the morning at Shree Shanti Bhavan, Gurumukhjan Bhajan- do practise.
